My Story 

“From anxiety to inner peace. From disconnection to deep embodiment. Here’s how I found my way back to myself.”

 “The moment everything changed”

After many years of living with anxiety, trying different medications, and feeling a deep sense of hopelessness, I realised I needed to do something different. Over 10 years ago, during a counselling session, my therapist suggested a mindfulness course.I joined a group meditation and yoga class and something shifted. For the first time in years, I felt a flicker of calm. I loved it.

“A journey of healing and discovery”

This was the beginning of my passion for yoga and inner healing. I spent over six years practicing and studying yoga, and slowly, I began to feel my nervous system heal. I dove into ancient teachings and modern science, learning how the body works, what triggers it, and how to create a sense of calm from within. The universe kept guiding me to new experiences. I lived in India for a year, studying Hatha and Ashtanga yoga and completing my first teacher training in Dharamshala in the Himalayas. I also spent time in Nepal completing a silent Vipassana meditation course, and began teaching yoga in India and Sri Lanka.After two years in Asia, I moved to Latin America where I shared my practice and spent four months living in an ashram in Colombia. It was there I had a profound realisation: I had been deeply disconnected from my body and that disconnection was at the root of my anxiety.

“Returning to wholeness”

In 2022, I continued my studies at Durga’s Tiger School in Ecuador, where I fell in love with Kaula Tantra Yoga — a deeply grounding practice that awakened my creative energy and helped me flow with life. Today, my style blends Hatha Vinyasa with mindfulness and somatic practices. I draw on years of training, travel, and personal healing to help others reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and find peace within.

I know what it’s like to feel anxious and stuck, and I also know that healing is possible. My approach weaves together yoga, somatic movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous system education. These tools have transformed my life and I’m here to share them with you.
