Get to know me
My story
After many years of experiencing anxiety, trying different medications and feeling hopeless I knew I needed to do something different. During a counselling session over 10 years ago I was recommended a mindfulness course. I completed a group meditation and yoga class - I loved it!
This is when my passion for yoga began, and I’ve since been fortunate to learn from inspiring teachers and yoga gurus around the world. After practicing and studying yoga for over 6 years, I have felt the benefits of the practices and slowly I began to heal my nervous system. I studied many different theories and now understand how the body works, what triggers it, and how to bring calmness into my life.
The universe has shown me many opportunities. I lived in India for one year studying Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, completing a training course in Dharmasala in the Himalayas. I completed a Vipassana meditation course in Nepal. I began to teach in India and Sri Lanka. After 2 years in Asia I moved to Latin America where I continued to share my practice and lived in an Ashram in Colombia for 3 months. I realised how disconnected from my body I was and this was the cause of my anxiety and why I didn't feel comfortable in my body.

In 2022, I studied at Durgas Tiger School in Ecuador. I learned many techniques for staying in the present moment and flowing with my energy. I became the master of my mind and body. I developed a passion for Kaula Tantra Yoga which I love to share with students. My style of yoga is Hatha Vinyasa with a focus on mindfulness.
I have gained many different technics throughout my life which I enjoy to share with you and I am always looking to learn more and develop the ways I can support you. After learning all about mindfulness, somatic movements and making changes to my daily routine I am now living in much more peaceful way than I was doing before! Connecting with ourselves helps us to heal.
