Yoga teacher and anxiety coach
After experiencing anxiety for many years and struggling to understand myself and emotions I set out on a healing journery.
I studied with many courses around the world, went deep inside myself understanding my triggers, windows of tolerance, self love, limiting beliefs, and learnt different somatic movements, breathwork, tantric rituals for protecting and moving my energy.
This is how my programme was created, I learnt different skills and tools that can be used in moments of high anxiety and in our daily lives to help us to live in our optimal states.
